The Father’s Blessing: Desiring His Way; His Thoughts

May 27, 2025 Posted by Margo Fieseler Uncategorized

“God makes everything come out right; he puts victims back on their feet.
God is sheer mercy and grace; not easily angered, he’s rich in love. He doesn’t endlessly nag and scold, nor hold grudges forever.
He doesn’t treat us as our sins deserve, nor pay us back in full for our wrongs.
As high as heaven is over the earth, so strong is his love to those who fear him. And as far as sunrise is from sunset, he has separated us from our sins.
God’s love is ever and always, eternally present to all who fear him, Making everything right for them and their children as they follow his Covenant ways and remember to do whatever
he said.
Psalm‬ ‭103‬:‭6-8,11-13,18 MSG

No matter what you are going through…God will make it come out right. (Isn’t that comforting?)

It may not be in your timing. It may not be in your way. But God is not limited by time or your finite thoughts. He’s outside of them. And since He knows the end from the beginning, He knows the best road to take. He invites you to hold His hand as He flawlessly navigates you through the potholes of life. (Remember, His love is a perfecting love…not a pampering love.)

However, there is a “God disclaimer” in these verses. Notice how we need to respond…to “fear Him”…meaning to have reverential awe of; to revere, venerate and honor Him. To give God His rightful due.

He is God. I am not. And I wholeheartedly agree with that arrangement. So much so, that I fall on my face, with a grateful heart, as His sheer mercy, grace and love envelopes me…keeps me…settles me…helps me know that He will make EVERYTHING right for me…and as an extra bonus…”for my children, AS I follow His promises and remember to do whatever He said.”

God wants me to live a fearless life. How? By fearing Him! Only then will I experience His strong and eternally present love! I’ll notice His ever pervasive presence, desiring to trust and obey His ways, His thoughts…as He makes ALL things right!

FROM THE COMMUNUTY

Yesterday my mom fell again walking outdoors at her apartment…She is okay & was released from hospital after a few hours. On the drive to West Bend after we got the call…I found complete peace just loving my God & knowing He was in control of the situation no matter what it was. And then reading your devotion today made my heart cry out with a love for Him that can’t be put into words.
Thank you & thank you & thank you for listening & obeying the Lord.
